Nubia has officially teased the Red Magic 12 Pro+, positioning it as the industry's first smartphone featuring RGB liquid cooling technology. The device incorporates a dual-loop circulation design that covers both the SoC and the battery, allowing for integrated air and liquid cooling. Heat is dissipated through a fan-assisted system that draws heat away from the liquid channels.

The cooling system is powered by a new dual-crystal micro-pump, which increases output pressure from 100kPa to 130kPa compared to the previous model. The system utilizes fluorinated liquid, similar to that used in AI servers, for safe and non-conductive cooling. The RGB lighting is integrated directly into the liquid cooling channels to visually display the thermal management process.

The Red Magic 12 Pro+ is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Leading Version chipset. Nubia claims this is the thinnest and lightest flagship in the series to date. The design features reduced bezels, with the screen black border width decreased from 1.25mm in the previous generation to 0.96mm, alongside improved frame ergonomics.
