Users of the Nubia NaviX Ultra smartphone reported being disconnected from the game Honor of Kings starting September 24. The device, marketed as the second-generation Doubao AI phone, was released on September 16 by ZTE Nubia and ByteDance's Doubao assistant team. It is priced starting at ¥5999.

The Doubao assistant team stated that they have not performed any unauthorized operations on Tencent's gaming systems. They clarified that their AI does not engage in illegal clicking, cheating, or simulation activities. The team is currently in communication with Tencent to resolve the issue.

Doubao advised users to stop attempting to log into Honor of Kings on the Nubia NaviX Ultra to avoid account bans. Users who have already faced restrictions are encouraged to contact official customer support for appeals. The team expressed apologies for the inconvenience caused.

An insider source indicated that Honor of Kings employs standard security risk policies to ensure fair gameplay. These mechanisms have been in place for some time and have not undergone any specific adjustments targeting this device. As of September 27, there has been no official response from Tencent.
