Nubia is preparing to launch its NaviX Ultra smartphone in September. The device features a collaboration with several key technology suppliers, including Qualcomm, BOE, ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT), Samsung Semiconductor, and Goodix.

The smartphone will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen5 processor and a 7000mAh silicon-carbon anode battery. It supports wired fast charging at 90W or 100W, as well as wireless charging. The camera setup includes a 50MP main sensor, an ultra-wide lens, a periscope telephoto lens, and a 50MP front camera.

A notable technical feature is the integration of CXMT's LPDDR5X memory, which reaches speeds of 10667Mbps. This marks the first mass-market application of domestically produced memory at this speed, signaling a shift for local DRAM into the high-performance segment.

The software suite includes the Doubao mobile assistant. According to reports, the device changes how it interacts with major applications from Alibaba and Tencent. It will not use GUI automation technology to read screens or simulate user clicks after authorization.

The NaviX Ultra will be available in blue, dream, black, and white color options. The design includes a dedicated orange AI button and a horizontal rear camera module.
