Nscale Eyes $3.5 Billion Pre-IPO Funding Round

British AI infrastructure provider Nscale is seeking $3.5 billion in pre-IPO financing as it prepares to go public later this month.

Nscale is currently negotiating for $3.5 billion in pre-IPO funding. This includes $1.5 billion in convertible notes for a group of investors and a request for $2 billion in financing from Nvidia.

The company has a history of rapid funding rounds. In December 2024, Nscale raised $155 million in Series A. In March, it secured $1.1 billion in a Series B round led by Aker, with Nvidia also participating.

Nscale recently signed a contract with Anthropic worth approximately $45 billion. The company has informed potential investors that its projected revenue, based on signed customer leases, is approximately $103 billion.
