Novabev Group has completed the first stage of warehouse robotization. The company integrated mobile inventory robots with the Solvo.WMS warehouse management system to automate the counting of alcohol products, which are subject to strict excise and marking regulations.
The implementation of robots has significantly accelerated the inventory process. The time required to check a single alley has decreased 60 times, dropping from several hours to a few minutes. Currently, robots handle the counting of approximately 90% of the warehouse stock.
The project was completed in 2.5 months, allowing the company to conduct a scheduled inventory on time. According to Novabev Group experts, the estimated payback period for the investment is about one year.
The Solvo.WMS system supports ABC classification, excise goods handling, and integration with EGAIS and Honest Mark. Previously, the introduction of voice picking has increased the company's order assembly productivity by 34%.
