Swiss biotech firm Nouscom has successfully closed a Series D funding round, securing €120 million. The investment was co-led by M Ventures and Revelation Partners, with participation from new backers including Angelini Ventures, the EIB, and Neva SGR. Existing investors, such as 5AM Ventures, Andera Partners, and EQT Life Sciences, also contributed to the round.

The capital will be used to advance the company's lead immunotherapy program, NOUS-209. This candidate is currently in development for cancer interception in Lynch Syndrome carriers and the treatment of MSI mCRC. The FDA has already granted Fast Track designation to the program, which will now proceed to a global registration-enabling clinical trial.

Founded in 2015, Nouscom utilizes a proprietary viral vector platform to deliver neoantigens that train the immune system to combat cancer. Beyond NOUS-209, the company maintains a clinical-stage portfolio that includes NOUS-PEV, a personalized immunotherapy that has already completed a Phase 1b trial.

The funding for Nouscom arrives amidst a broader wave of European oncology investments in 2026. Other recent deals include €17 million for ErVimmune, €11 million for Brenus Pharma, €10 million for Kupando, €47.5 million for STORM Therapeutics, €21 million for Engitix, and €2.8 million for Moonlight AI.
