National Media Group (NMG) has entered into an exclusive three-year agreement with the production company Russian Code. Starting in 2027, the studio, along with its producers and screenwriters, will focus exclusively on creating comedy series for the STS television channel and the Wink online cinema.
The partnership excludes certain ongoing projects currently in development. The collaboration aims to strengthen the comedy genre across both broadcast and digital platforms by developing new series and expanding existing franchises for a broad audience.
Russian Code is known for producing titles such as 'Realnye Patsany', 'Fizruk', 'Olga', and 'Mir! Druzhba! Zhvachka!'. Currently, the teams are working on new seasons for 'Vechernyaya Shkola', 'Mister Nogot', 'Tryoshka', and 'Gudovy', with premieres expected in the upcoming television season.
In September 2026, the companies announced the production of a new comedy series titled 'Roddom', which will be released on both STS and Wink. This agreement is part of NMG's broader strategy to expand its original content library through partnerships with leading production teams.
