Nio delivered 10,999 units of its third-generation ES8 electric SUV in August 2026, marking a 6.91% increase from the revised July figure of 10,288 units. This performance represents the second consecutive month that deliveries of the model have exceeded 10,000 units.
Year-to-date deliveries for the ES8 reached 99,946 units, an increase of 2,231.92% compared to the same period last year. The model accounted for 51.95% of the main Nio brand's 21,174 deliveries in August and 30.69% of Nio Inc's total volume of 35,836 vehicles.
Cumulative deliveries of the third-generation ES8 surpassed 140,000 units as of August 21, 2026. The model reached this milestone 30 days after hitting 130,000 units, following the launch of a new five-seat variant on July 9.
The five-seat ES8 starts at ¥382,800 including the battery, or ¥274,800 under the Battery as a Service plan. To support sales, Nio extended purchase incentives through September 30, including financing options and free access to NOP+.
