Nio delivered 10,542 units of its third-generation ES8 SUV in September 2026. This marks the third consecutive month that deliveries for the model have exceeded 10,000 vehicles, despite a 4.17 percent decline compared to the 11,001 units delivered in August.
Year-over-year, the ES8 saw a 274.89 percent increase in deliveries. For the first nine months of 2026, the company reported 110,490 deliveries of the model, representing a 1,456.64 percent growth compared to the same period in the previous year.
In the third quarter of 2026, the ES8 accounted for 31,831 deliveries, which is a 4.91 percent decrease from the second quarter. The model currently represents 29.16 percent of Nio Inc's total deliveries for the third quarter.
The ES8 reached 150,000 cumulative deliveries on September 20, 2026, exactly one year after its launch. The company recently expanded the lineup by introducing a 5-seat version on July 9, 2026, with a starting price of ¥382,800.
