The China Information Technology Security Evaluation Center and the National Administration of State Secrets Protection have released the 2026 No. 3 security evaluation report. This document confirms that several domestic processors have met the requirements for the Level III security and reliability rating.
The Loongson 3A6000 (C) and Loongson 3C3000 processors, alongside the Huawei Kunpeng 950, have successfully passed the certification process. These evaluations focus on the core technologies, security guarantees, and long-term development capabilities of the hardware.
The assessment covers the entire lifecycle of the products, including design, manufacturing, supply chain security, and after-sales maintenance. The certification applies to processors for terminals and servers, including those equipped with AI acceleration units, as well as AI training and inference chips.
