Two US fund applications for INJ-based ETFs have progressed following recent amendments filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The 21Shares Injective ETF and the Canary Staked INJ ETF are currently under review, with both issuers updating their registration statements in September 2026.

21Shares submitted Amendment No. 1 for its spot ETF on September 18, 2026, proposing a listing on Nasdaq under the ticker TINJ. The filing updates an initial October 2025 submission, detailing direct token holdings and granting the issuer discretion regarding potential staking activities based on market conditions.

Canary Capital filed Amendment No. 3 for its staked INJ ETF between September 25 and September 28, 2026, targeting a listing on Cboe BZX under the ticker INJS. The proposal commits to staking at least 90% of the fund's holdings, utilizing BitGo as custodian and CoinDesk for pricing benchmarks.

The documentation identifies several institutional service providers, including BNY Mellon and US Bank, alongside BitGo. These filings follow existing regulated INJ products in Europe and the availability of US-listed futures, while the Injective network reports over 3 billion total transactions processed to date.
