A new accessory model, identified as A3632, has appeared in an environmental compliance document on Apple's French website. The product is listed as an iPad mini Smart Folio, which does not correspond to any existing iPad mini case models currently in the company's lineup.
While the listing suggests that Apple is preparing new hardware, the document only identifies the accessory itself. It provides no technical specifications for a potential new tablet, such as screen size, chip details, or specific design changes that might necessitate a new case.
The current iPad mini, released in 2024, features an 8.3-inch Liquid Retina display and the A17 Pro chip. Market reports speculate that a successor could be unveiled in late October, though Apple has not confirmed any release dates or product details.
