Nebius Group, an AI cloud provider backed by Nvidia, has secured a $3.5 billion financing facility from Citigroup. The company intends to allocate these funds toward the development of new data centers, the procurement of additional GPUs, and general corporate expenditures.

The new credit facility features a 364-day maturity period. The interest rate is set at the Term SOFR plus 2.75 percentage points, with a potential increase to a maximum of 3.50 percentage points based on specific adjustments. Citigroup acted as the lead arranger and agent for the deal.

This agreement follows a series of recent capital raises by Nebius, including a $775 million debt facility in July and a $5.75 billion convertible notes offering in August. The company currently reports over $40 billion in long-term customer contracts.

Nvidia, which holds a 9.3% stake in Nebius following a $2 billion investment earlier in 2026, continues to support the infrastructure expansion of its partners. Nebius is listed on the Nasdaq exchange under the ticker symbol NBIS.
