Nebius Group has finalized a five-year agreement with Meta Platforms valued at up to $27 billion. This contract includes $12 billion for dedicated GPU capacity using Nvidia Vera Rubin architecture and $15 billion as a backstop for additional AI capacity. Rollout is scheduled for early 2027 across data centers in Finland, the UK, and the US.
The agreement serves as a revenue floor for Nebius, as Meta will purchase any capacity not sold to third parties. This deal follows a $3 billion contract signed between the companies in November 2025. Following the announcement on March 16, 2026, Nebius stock rose by approximately 14–15% during pre-market and intraday trading.
Nebius maintains other significant partnerships, including a deal with Microsoft from September 2025 valued between $17.4 billion and $19.4 billion. The company also received a $2 billion strategic investment from Nvidia. These agreements support its transition into a specialized AI infrastructure provider following its 2024 restructuring and spin-off from Yandex.
Operational goals for Nebius include reaching an annual run-rate revenue of $7 billion to $9 billion by the end of 2026. The company is also targeting a connected power capacity of 800 megawatts to 1 gigawatt by the same deadline. Nebius is currently headquartered in the Netherlands and listed on the NASDAQ exchange.
