Autonomous vehicles developed by Navio have completed 17,000 kilometers of testing within the SberCity smart district. The trials, which began in May 2025, utilize a specialized infrastructure designed to simulate real-world urban traffic conditions across a 461-hectare area.
Navio, acting as a technology partner for Sberbank, has deployed the necessary digital framework to support these operations. This includes the implementation of high-precision HD maps and stable internet coverage to facilitate continuous data exchange between the vehicles and the control systems.
Currently, the fleet consists of three autonomous vehicles operating along a 9-kilometer route. The network features seven designated boarding points. The data collected during these test runs is being processed to refine and improve the existing autonomous driving technology.
