The startup Natura has unveiled the Interface smart ring, priced at $99. The device is designed to interact with AI agents, allowing users to issue commands, record thoughts, or perform tasks without using a smartphone. Pre-orders begin in November, with shipments scheduled for December or January.
The ring integrates with several AI agents, including Meta Muse, Instinct, Grok Bot, Claude, and ChatGPT. Responses are delivered via connected headphones, the iPhone Live Activities feature, or the NatureOS app. Users can assign specific tasks to different agents, such as coding or restaurant reservations, and control external devices like computers.
The device includes health monitoring features, tracking heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep quality, activity levels, step counts, and skin temperature. A full charge takes 100 minutes, providing a battery life of 6 to 12 days.
Natura plans to introduce a monthly subscription fee of $9 after a free period of three to six months. While current production costs are comparable to those of Oura Ring and Samsung Galaxy Ring, the company has set a lower initial price to encourage adoption and build a customer base.
