The brewery Napitki Vmeste has completed the implementation of the In.Plan SNP and In.Plan MEIO modules, supported by the technology consulting firm Axenix. The new solution replaces the previous SAP APO and Excel setup, aiming to automate manual processes and optimize supply chain management across 11 breweries and approximately 80 regional warehouses.

The project began in January 2023. The strategic planning contour went live in December 2024, followed by the full deployment of the In.Plan SNP module in December 2025. This module generates production plans across short-term, long-term, and strategic horizons ranging from 6 months to 5 years, allowing for scenario-based budgeting and development planning.

In April 2026, the In.Plan MEIO module was launched to manage inventory levels, enabling the company to calculate safety and maximum stock independently. The implementation involved a team of 40 specialists from Axenix. Interactive BI dashboards were also introduced to monitor stock levels, capacity utilization, and product shelf life.

The company plans to continue its digital transformation in 2026–2027 by integrating the In.Plan DP module, which utilizes machine learning for demand forecasting, and the In.Plan PS module for production scheduling. This initiative is part of a broader corporate strategy to replace foreign software with domestic alternatives.
