MyTech deployed five distinct board types, including dedicated spaces for the CEO's development ideas, marketing content planning, IT backlog management, contract approval tracking, and client project management using agile methodologies. This setup provides visibility into current tasks and potential bottlenecks.
The adoption of Agile boards builds upon MyTech's existing Directum ecosystem, which already handles electronic document management, HR processes, and contract workflows. Future plans include visualizing deal closures and employee requests, as well as integrating the system with Git.
