MWS Cloud, a division of MTS Web Services, has launched a grant program totaling over 1 ₽ billion. The initiative is designed to support businesses building fault-tolerant multi-cloud infrastructures. The grant covers the cost of using MWS Cloud Platform services, matching double the amount a company spent on cloud services over the previous three months, with no upper limit on the grant amount.

The program is open to companies currently using other cloud providers that are looking to migrate or implement a multi-cloud strategy. To participate, applicants must submit their latest invoice from their current provider. For businesses with monthly cloud expenditures starting at 300,000 ₽, MWS offers dedicated technical support throughout the transition process.

The initiative aims to address risks associated with single-vendor reliance. According to MWS research, 41% of companies already utilize at least two cloud providers to ensure operational continuity. MWS Cloud Platform operates across Tier III data centers located tens of kilometers apart, connected by the proprietary MTS backbone network to prevent service outages during localized failures.

Applications for the grant program are being accepted through the end of 2026. This move allows businesses to deploy parallel infrastructure without incurring additional costs, facilitating a shift toward multi-cloud environments while maintaining technical and financial independence from a single service provider.
