MTS has expanded its cellular network in the South-Western district of Stavropol. The company installed three new base stations and five additional equipment sets at existing sites.

The network coverage was expanded to include the residential complexes 'Kvartaly 1777' and 'Krokus' on 45th Parallel Street, as well as Andrey Golub Street, where the city's southern edge meets garden associations.

Additional equipment was deployed on Rogozhnikova Street near the Vladimir Cathedral, on Rossiyksiy Prospect, on Pirogov Street, and at several points in the Perspektivny microdistrict.

According to Svyatoslav Koshurnikov, the director of MTS in the Stavropol Territory, about a third of the city's population lives in the South-Western district, which is particularly popular with students and young families.
