MSI has introduced the B650E Gaming WIFI motherboard, marking the company's first product based on the AMD B650E chipset. Although the chipset was announced four years ago, MSI previously focused its lineup on the X670, B650, and later the X870 chipsets.
The new motherboard is designed for AMD AM5 processors and features an ATX form factor. It includes four memory slots, two PCIe x16 slots, and three slots for SSDs. The primary SSD slot supports PCIe 5.0 x4, while the others operate in PCIe 4.0 x4 and PCIe 4.0 x2 modes.
The rear panel of the device provides a variety of connectivity options, including four USB 2.0 ports, two USB 3.0 5Gb ports, one USB 3.0 10Gb port, and a USB-C 10Gb port. The board also features HDMI output, audio connectors, and a Wi-Fi 6E adapter.
