The Moscow Supplier Portal recorded two million unique visitors between January and August 2026, marking a 60% increase compared to the same period in 2025. Over 80% of these users are based in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Perm Krai, as well as the Sverdlovsk and Nizhny Novgorod regions.

The platform has expanded its reach in 2026 by adding five new regions: the Kursk, Jewish Autonomous, and Lipetsk regions, the Donetsk People's Republic, and Kamchatka Krai. This brings the total number of connected regions to 48, with more than 60 000 institutions now utilizing the system for procurement.

Established in 2013 to automate small-scale procurement, the portal currently hosts over 410 000 entrepreneurs. The catalog features more than 3.6 million unique items, and the platform facilitates the signing of over 1 500 contracts on a daily basis.

Key drivers for the platform's growth include the integration of new regional заказчиков, the addition of new services, and improved navigation. The project is managed by the Moscow Department for Competition Policy and the Department of Information Technologies.
