The UK-based digital bank Monzo has introduced a new metal credit card called Monzo Aura. The card is available starting today for a monthly fee of £15, which totals £180 annually. It features a credit limit reaching up to £15,000.

A key feature of the product is the automated investment of cashback earned by users. Customers receive 1 percent cashback on grocery purchases and 0.5 percent on all other spending. These funds can be directed into Monzo investment products or paid out directly to the user.

The card package includes various partner perks, such as subscriptions to Apple TV and Google AI Plus. Monzo estimates the total annual value of these benefits at more than £360. Additionally, the offering provides holders with access to airport lounge and fast-track passes.

Monzo Aura expands the bank's existing credit portfolio, which already includes the Monzo Flex Purchase and Flex Build products. According to Luke Enock, general manager of borrowing at Monzo, the card aims to simplify financial management and support long-term planning.
