The new CyberFlow series of AIO liquid coolers from Montech includes two versions: Core, which lacks lighting, and ARGB. Both models feature a 32mm thick radiator and a magnetic VRM fan. The design improves upon the previous HyperFlow series by increasing the cold plate base area by 25.9% and the micro-channel heat exchange area by 31.9%.

The system utilizes a pump capable of 3,500 RPM with a noise level of 28 dB(A). The VRM fan also reaches 3,500 RPM. The cooling unit includes a 20FPI aluminum radiator and E25 PWM series fans. These 120mm fans use FDB bearings, operate at 500–2,800 RPM, deliver 93.12 CFM of airflow, and generate 7.24 mmAq of static pressure at 36.2 dB(A).

Montech provides a 6-year warranty for the CyberFlow series. The coolers are compatible with Intel Socket V (FCLGA 1700 and 1851) as well as AMD AM5 and AM4 platforms. The 360mm Core version is priced at TWD 2,590, while the 360mm ARGB version costs TWD 2,790.
