Minisforum has officially launched the MS-01 SE mini workstation, which is now available on e-commerce platforms. The base configuration, featuring an Intel Core i5-12600H processor, 32GB of DDR4 RAM, and a 1TB SSD, is priced at ¥6 399.

The new model shares a design language with the original MS-01 but includes several hardware adjustments. The internal PCIe Gen4 slot is limited to four lanes, and the two 10GbE SFP+ ports found on the previous version have been replaced with USB-A 480Mbps ports.

Connectivity options for the MS-01 SE include a MediaTek MT7902 wireless card supporting Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2. The device also features three M.2 2280 slots with varying support for PCIe Gen4 and Gen3 standards, alongside two 40Gbps USB-C ports and two 2.5GbE RJ-45 ports.

The workstation is designed to meet the requirements of the Intel vPro platform, providing enterprise-grade management and security features. These specifications position the device as a compact solution for professional workflows requiring specific connectivity and processing power.
