Microsoft has released new preview builds for Windows 11 across its Beta, Experimental, and Release Preview channels. The Experimental channel received the most significant updates, including versions Build 26340.9482 for 26H2, Build 28120.3002 for 26H1, and Build 29667.1000 for the future platform.

The update introduces a tutorial prompt for the context menu to assist users with customization options. Users can now disable specific custom context menu items through new settings. Additionally, Microsoft addressed several bugs affecting the Send to functionality within the context menu.

File Explorer search has been updated for the Experimental channel. Searches initiated from This PC now utilize an indexer, which improves search performance and aligns the experience with the search functionality found on the File Explorer home page.

Microsoft notes that it may take up to 30 minutes for devices to detect the availability of these new preview updates.
