MEXC has implemented a zero-fee strategy for spot markets and selected futures products. According to the company, this initiative saved 3.44 million users approximately $1.1 billion in 2025. To diversify its offerings, the exchange provides access to more than 7,000 global stocks and ETFs via RealStocks, over 200 tokenized stocks, and more than 300 stock and index futures.

The platform is focusing on integrating AI to provide retail traders with institutional-grade tools. CEO Vugar Usi noted that AI can analyze order books and identify capital concentration, reducing the gap between individual and professional traders. This demand is reflected in MEXC Research, which found that 67% of Gen Z traders used AI tools in 2025.

To increase transparency and trust, MEXC publishes monthly Proof of Reserves reports audited by Hacken. The August report showed reserve ratios of 115% for USDT and 114% for USDC. Additionally, the exchange is expanding its Guardian Fund from $100 million to $500 million over two years and has acquired 1,000 BTC as reserves. Its futures insurance fund was approximately $751 million in August.
