Meteora has introduced DLMM Pro, a new automated market maker (AMM) built on the Solana blockchain. The platform is designed to provide token teams with customizable liquidity settings for new project launches.
The system integrates features from previous DLMM versions with the Dynamic Bonding Curve (DBC) mechanism. This allows projects to transition from initial launch to ongoing liquidity without the need to migrate pools.
Key features include dynamic fees that adjust based on market volatility, the ability to choose the token in which fees accrue, and the integration of on-chain limit orders within liquidity pools.
Liquidity provider (LP) positions are represented as NFTs, which record specific setup configurations. Meteora has also opened a waitlist for the product, indicating a staged rollout process.
The protocol's native token, MET, launched on October 23, 2025, with a fixed supply of 1 billion tokens. Approximately 48% of the supply was floated at the start, with the token linked to revenue sharing via staking and referrals.
