Merlion Academy has become an authorized training center for the software developer Basis. The partnership focuses on preparing IT specialists to manage the Basis Dynamix Enterprise virtualization platform, which is currently in demand for import substitution projects.

The training program spans 40 academic hours and is delivered through online webinars. The curriculum includes practical laboratory work on specialized demonstration stands, covering virtual machine management, network configuration, storage system integration, and REST API automation.

The course is designed for a wide range of technical staff, including support engineers, system architects, and lead experts. Upon successful completion, participants receive official vendor certificates verifying their skills in working with the Basis ecosystem.

This initiative follows a long-term collaboration between the two companies, which began three years ago with a distribution agreement. In September 2026, the parties signed a service partnership agreement to support the implementation of vendor solutions.

According to Irina Kuleshova, head of the training center relations department at Basis, the company intends to launch additional training courses for other products within its ecosystem in the near future to support the growing demand for qualified personnel.
