Meituan has begun deploying its updated shared power banks that comply with the new national standards. The devices retain the company's signature yellow design and feature four LED battery indicators on the side.
The new model, identified as MT-E-8BDY1, is equipped with a 7500mAh battery cell and has a rated energy of 27.75Wh. It supports a maximum fast-charging output of 22.5W and includes built-in USB-C and Lightning cables.
These units carry the CCC certification mark and explicitly state compliance with the GB 47372-2026 safety technical specification. This standard, which mandates stricter requirements for cell safety and product traceability, will officially take effect on April 1, 2027.
