McLaren has officially announced the conclusion of production for the 750S supercar, with the final manufacturing date set for 2027. The company is currently accepting the last round of customer orders for the vehicle.
The 750S debuted in 2023 as an evolution of the 720S, which launched in 2017. Engineers updated approximately 30 percent of the components from the previous model, including revisions to the suspension, aerodynamics, and transmission calibration.
The vehicle features a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine delivering 740 horsepower. Its dry weight is listed at 2,815 pounds. The platform also served as the basis for the 765LT and the 788HS variants.
The discontinuation of the 750S coincides with a broader transformation at McLaren. The manufacturer is updating its brand identity and planning to expand its vehicle lineup, including the development of a performance SUV scheduled for 2028.
