The MAX Digital Asset Exchange, operated by the MaiCoin Group, has introduced support for native Tether USDT on the Aptos blockchain. This integration allows users to perform deposits and withdrawals directly, bypassing the need for wrapped assets or cross-chain bridges.
The platform enabled deposit and withdrawal functionality on September 29. Trading pairs for the new asset are scheduled to become available on September 30 at 15:00 GMT+8. The exchange emphasizes that users must select the correct network to avoid potential asset loss.
In addition to the USDT integration, MAX is expanding its offerings with new trading pairs for HYPE, GRAM, APT, and RENDER, all launching on September 30. These additions aim to support local traders in Taiwan who utilize the platform for TWD-denominated transactions.
Tether began issuing native USDT on the Aptos network in late 2024. Since that time, the asset has been integrated by several major global exchanges, including Binance and Bithumb. The MaiCoin Group continues to focus on regulatory compliance within the region.
