Manus founder Xiao Hong stated that the company developed its platform before the emergence of products like Codex and Claude Cowork. The startup positions its technology as a general-purpose agent, aiming to provide a versatile digital assistant experience.

The company has officially launched its new personal assistant, Cue. This product utilizes a multi-agent architecture, allowing users to create specific agents tailored to their individual task requirements.

Each agent within the Cue system is equipped with its own dedicated email address, phone number, virtual wallet, and cloud computer. Users can set spending limits for these virtual wallets to manage expenses.

The platform supports collaboration between different agents within group chats, where they can work together on complex projects. These groups are designed to facilitate interaction between human users and AI bots simultaneously.

Xiao Hong noted that the international version of the Manus ecosystem is already operational. Meanwhile, the team is actively preparing for the official launch of the domestic version in China.
