Maintex, a company backed by Softline, has successfully tested the Databriz platform at the EVRAZ Kachkanar Mining and Processing Plant. The system automates maintenance shutdowns through electronic scheduling, serving as a domestic alternative to foreign software solutions.
Since June 2025, the project team has integrated mechanical, electrical, and automation workflows into the Databriz system. The platform enables dynamic resource planning, automated critical path tracking, and real-time schedule adjustments via a mobile application.
The pilot program demonstrated significant efficiency gains during the overhaul of two key units. The repair of sintering machine No. 1 was completed in 28 days, which is 15.8% faster than the initial 33-day estimate. Maintenance on a primary crusher was also finished one day ahead of schedule.
Following the pilot, the system is being rolled out across all EVRAZ facilities. In 2026, Databriz is being used to manage 13 major maintenance shutdowns across the Ural and Siberia divisions, generating an economic impact exceeding 100 ₽ million.
