Luxeed has officially unveiled the Star Rose Pink edition of its updated R7 electric vehicle. Executive Director Zhao Changjiang confirmed that pre-orders for the new model are scheduled to begin later this month.

The updated R7 features a revised exterior design, including a modified tailgate, semi-concealed door handles, and a new hollowed-out logo on the body. The vehicle is now equipped with side-mounted high-position cameras located on the B-pillars.

Technical updates include a redesigned interior with a wrap-around cockpit, a new D-shaped steering wheel, and a dual-screen display configuration. The infotainment system has been upgraded to the latest HarmonyOS, matching the software found in the AITO M9.

Visual materials indicate the absence of a roof-mounted LiDAR sensor, suggesting the use of an in-cabin shared optical path LiDAR system. This configuration is expected to lower the overall price of the vehicle and reduce costs for customers opting for Huawei ADS.
