Luxeed plans to introduce a new vehicle model equipped with an active suspension system next year. According to industry reports, the company has released a procurement notice for the development of handling and stability performance for this specific version.
The technical requirements for the upcoming model focus on enhancing driving stability, steering precision, and passenger comfort. The system aims to isolate high-frequency road inputs, minimize low-frequency vibrations in the steering wheel and seats, and ensure controlled vehicle movement during emergency braking.
The development project includes specific targets for steering linearity, distinct differences between comfort and sport driving modes, and performance in moose tests. Suppliers are expected to provide tuning parameters and testing capabilities that meet Chery's technical standards.
Luxeed's roadmap also includes the launch of a flagship MPV, known as the V9, and a large SUV this year. These additions will expand the brand's lineup alongside the existing R7 and S7 models. The company plans to initiate global expansion with a right-hand drive version of the V9 in the second half of 2026.
