Luo Yonghao, a well-known entrepreneur and former founder of Laoluo English Training, is currently facing public criticism from his former business partner, Huang Bin. On September 12, Huang Bin posted several statements on social media attacking Luo's professional history and past business ventures.

Huang Bin claims that during the period when Laoluo English Training was near bankruptcy, he assisted Luo by taking over an unexpired lease at the New Zhongguancun Building to mitigate losses. Huang alleges that Luo frequently exaggerated the company's profitability during that time.

The conflict between the two has escalated over several months. In May, Huang Bin publicly criticized Luo for his behavior on the X platform. Huang also previously alleged that Luo's live-streaming business was not managed by Luo himself, but that he merely acted as a front, while other projects led by Luo resulted in financial losses.

Luo Yonghao has not issued a direct response to Huang Bin's recent comments. He briefly mentioned on Weibo that he intends to address certain individuals after completing his upcoming product launch event. Observers suggest these remarks may refer to Huang Bin and other public critics.

Luo Yonghao has a history of public disputes, including a notable confrontation with brand consultant Hua Shan in 2025 regarding Xibei's pre-prepared food controversy. Luo demanded a public apology from Hua Shan, threatening to release recordings, which eventually led to a private apology from the consultant.

Recent media activity surrounding Luo Yonghao, including his criticism of Apple's foldable screen technology and the ongoing dispute with his former partner, has generated significant online attention. Some analysts speculate this publicity may be part of a strategy ahead of his year-end product launch.
