The Divo ESM platform, part of the Lukomorye IT ecosystem, has received FSTEK certification for the 4th level of trust (UD-4). This certification confirms that the platform's modules—Divo Service, Divo Portal, and Divo Mera—meet security requirements for systems handling confidential information.
The certificate, issued on August 25, 2026, and valid until August 25, 2031, confirms the presence of built-in mechanisms for user identification, authentication, access control, and security event logging. It allows the software to be used in projects where certified solutions are mandatory.
Rostelecom currently uses Divo to replace foreign service desks and automate internal services. The implementation saves the company 169 ₽ million annually and reduces labor costs by 4.02 million man-hours per year. The system supports 130,000 users and 10,000 service providers.
The platform manages 40,000 service subscriptions, processes approximately 7 million requests annually, and automates 2,000 internal services. The full Divo ecosystem includes eight modules designed to create a unified digital environment for cross-functional business processes.
