Three weeks after the transition to mandatory electronic transport waybills, market participants are shifting their focus from basic setup to handling complex logistics scenarios. According to Loginet, companies are currently struggling with data completeness and discrepancies between preliminary and actual shipment details.

A key challenge involves electronic orders and freight forwarder instructions. Since some cargo parameters are only confirmed during loading, preliminary documents often differ from the final electronic waybills. Alexei Sharov, head of functional projects at Loginet, emphasizes that businesses must distinguish between minor adjustments and significant data mismatches.

Furthermore, companies are forced to adapt their internal data directories to meet the mandatory requirements of electronic documents. Information that was previously unused in transport paperwork is now essential. Loginet experts believe that as experience grows, the market will prioritize the unification of data and workflows for non-standard shipments.
