Loginet has updated its platform to streamline the processing of electronic transport documents. The new features, introduced in September, allow users to select a priority FnsID for participants and generate electronic freight forwarder receipts. These tools leverage existing system data to minimize manual input.
FnsID serves as an identifier for electronic document exchange, directing files to the correct electronic document management operator. Since companies may use multiple operators, selecting the correct ID is critical. Loginet now enables users to set priority FnsIDs for their own organization and partners, including specific IDs for individual counterparts.
The system automatically verifies the availability of the required FnsID when a user selects a carrier or forwarder role. This mechanism prevents documents from being sent to outdated addresses, such as when a company changes its service provider. According to Loginet, this approach eliminates the need for repeated operator queries during XML and draft generation.
Currently, the Loginet portal supports the storage, configuration, and validation of FnsIDs. The company plans to expand this functionality to include the use of these identifiers during the generation of initial document titles and the creation of electronic transport document drafts.
