Lian Li has introduced the Edge Platinum V2 and Edge Gold V2 power supply series, featuring an L-shaped design tailored for dual-chamber PC cases. The Platinum V2 models are available in 1350 W, 1200 W, and 1000 W variants, while the Gold V2 series includes 1000 W and 850 W options. All units comply with the ATX 3.1 standard and measure 182 x 86 x 150 mm.
The power supplies utilize 120 mm fans with speeds up to 2000 RPM. Platinum V2 units feature individually sleeved cables with cable combs, while Gold V2 models use flat, fabric-textured cables. Both series include 12V-2x6 connectors with a dual-color design to verify secure insertion. Platinum V2 models also include a magnetic dust filter and a maintenance reminder system that alerts users every 360 hours.
Lian Li also launched the Edge Hub ADV and Edge Hub V2, which connect to the power supplies to provide USB expansion and real-time monitoring via L-Connect 3 software. The ADV version includes advanced thermal protection, tracking temperatures at the 12V-2x6 connectors using NTC sensors. An integrated 32-bit Arm-based microcontroller manages these safety features and can trigger automatic shutdowns if temperatures exceed limits.
The 1350 W Platinum V2 model comes bundled with the Edge Hub ADV and a set of shorter cables designed for motherboards with hidden connectors. Both hub models feature magnetic mounting and are also sold separately. The system provides visual alerts or email notifications for thermal warnings, ensuring safety during operation.
