Li Auto has officially unveiled its Li i6 battery electric SUV at the 2026 Paris Motor Show. The vehicle, which will be marketed as the Li 6 in Europe, is scheduled for its commercial launch in Norway and the Netherlands in the first quarter of 2027.
The company plans to expand the availability of the Li 6 to additional European countries over time. This move follows the automaker's earlier entry into Central Asian markets, where it introduced the Li L9 extended-range SUV in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan in July 2026.
Beyond battery electric vehicles, Li Auto intends to bring its extended-range models to Europe. These vehicles will undergo significant hardware and software modifications to comply with local market requirements, although specific models and release dates remain undisclosed.
The Li i6 is the company's first battery electric model designed for the global market. In China, the updated 2026 version of the i6 is set to launch on October 28, 2026, featuring a proprietary 5C battery and the Mach M100 assisted-driving chip.
Li Auto reported 293 436 vehicle deliveries during the first nine months of 2026, marking a 1.25 percent year-on-year decline. September deliveries reached 31 817 units, representing a 6.29 percent decrease compared to the same month in the previous year.
