Lesta Games, the developer of World of Tanks, World of Warships, and Tanks Blitz, has been acquired by JSC Promyshlennye Sooruzheniya. The new owner is backed by a consortium of private investors. The management team and development strategy remain unchanged following the transition from state ownership.

The new owner plans to invest up to 10 ₽ billion into the Russian gaming industry over the next three years. This initiative includes the establishment of a venture capital fund focused on teams with expertise in key gaming niches. The company aims to launch at least five new projects within this period.

JSC Promyshlennye Sooruzheniya intends to support developers by providing infrastructure access through an Edge-center. The firm views Lesta Games as a central element for further market consolidation, leveraging existing financial resources and technical capabilities to scale operations for talented creators.

JSC Promyshlennye Sooruzheniya was registered in late 2024 with an authorized capital of 15,000 ₽. Its CEO is Zakhar Kislykh. The company now holds ownership of Lesta LLC, Lesta Games Moscow LLC, and Lesta Games Agency LLC, which were previously under the control of the Federal Agency for State Property Management (Rosimushchestvo).
