Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer Leapmotor has expanded its European retail network to over 1,020 locations. The company achieved this milestone within two years of entering the market, covering 36 countries ranging from Iceland to Bulgaria and Malta.

The rapid growth of the dealership network is supported by the Stellantis Group, which acquired a 20 per cent stake in Leapmotor in 2023. The partnership involves selling Leapmotor vehicles through existing Stellantis brand showrooms, including those for Fiat, Opel, and Peugeot.

Leapmotor reported that 27 per cent of its total vehicle deliveries in August were destined for the European market. Given the company's total sales of 103,129 units that month, European deliveries surpassed 27,800 vehicles.

The brand's European lineup currently includes the T03 microcar and the C10 SUV. The company is also introducing the B10 compact SUV and the B05 electric fastback sedan, while the B03X is open for orders and the B03 model is prepared for launch.
