The delivery service Kuper has transitioned to Evotor smart terminals for processing contactless payments upon order receipt. The new devices, specifically the Evotor 6 Bio, were developed to support various payment methods, including biometric payment by smile and digital ruble transactions.

These compact terminals are designed for mobile use and offer up to 12 hours of autonomous operation. The hardware is integrated with Kuper's inventory management system, allowing couriers to access order data directly through a custom application installed on the devices.

According to Kuper, approximately 10% of its customers choose to pay upon delivery. These transactions typically involve larger orders, with an average check size double that of standard orders. The company implemented this solution to streamline the checkout process and improve delivery efficiency.

The full transition to the new Evotor equipment was completed on September 5, 2026, replacing all previous payment terminals used by the service. Ekaterina Lyubich, head of integration projects at Evotor, noted that the terminals were adapted to meet the specific operational requirements of Kuper.
