Logistics Platform Kub has integrated the CryptoKey solution into its aggregator platform to facilitate mobile electronic signatures for transport documentation. The project was developed in partnership with the Roseltorg Certification Center, which handles the issuance of electronic signature certificates directly within the Kub Transport mobile application.

Kub Transport serves as a multi-provider aggregator for electronic transport waybills, complying with Federal Law No. 140 and the State Information System for Electronic Transport Documents. The platform consolidates various electronic document management operators into a single interface for freight industry participants.

CryptoKey, a joint development by CryptoPro and STCrypt, enables users to sign documents on mobile devices while meeting regulatory requirements, including Federal Law No. 63. The solution is certified by the FSB of Russia as a cryptographic information protection tool, allowing drivers to sign documents using a qualified electronic signature.

The integration allows users to sign documents without leaving the application. Certificates for individuals can be issued via in-person identification at the Certification Center or through remote identification using an existing qualified certificate and a token connected to a smartphone.

The company aims to scale its operations and reach 10,000 organizations using the platform by the end of 2026. The focus remains on automating logistics processes and ensuring secure, seamless document management for all market participants.
