Kontur.Diadoc and Umnaia Logistika have integrated their platforms to enable end-to-end electronic document management for logistics companies. The partnership allows users to generate, sign, and send documents directly within the Umnaia Logistika interface without switching between systems.
The integration supports both formal documents like invoices, acts, and universal transfer documents, as well as informal ones like applications. The system automatically checks if a counterparty is connected to the electronic document management service and provides necessary prompts.
For electronic transport documents, the solution includes a module from Kontur.Diadoc. Users can create electronic transport waybills (ETrN) directly from existing shipment applications. Data regarding drivers and cargo conditions are populated automatically, reducing manual input and errors.
Users can monitor document statuses through a dedicated dashboard in Umnaia Logistika. The platform also automates the creation of forwarding instructions and receipts. The development team provides support for initial setup and training for companies transitioning to electronic workflows.
