Kontur.Diadoc has updated its Logistics mobile application to include features for cargo recipients. Warehouse staff and individual entrepreneurs can now manage electronic transport waybills directly from their smartphones, eliminating the need to relay information to office personnel via phone or paper.
The application allows users to view active waybills, check details regarding the cargo, the driver, and the transport vehicle, and monitor scheduled delivery times. Users can confirm full or partial receipt of goods, refuse delivery, or add specific comments and notes about individual items.
The process includes signing the third section of the electronic waybill. If the employee possesses a qualified electronic signature, they can complete the signing process immediately. Otherwise, the document is forwarded to an authorized colleague for final validation, after which the application updates the document status.
According to project manager Oksana Leonova, the update shifts the application focus beyond drivers to include warehouse operations. This change aims to reduce data entry delays and minimize the risk of information loss associated with manual reporting methods, with further updates planned for other logistics stages.
