Konstantin Klyuka, a former owner of the Promagro agricultural holding, has acquired a 45.24% stake in Zdorovye Goroda, the developer of the Zdorovye.ru digital medical platform. The deal was finalized in several stages, with the investor's Zeus Holding first entering the capital on September 3, 2026.

The transaction led to the exit of several early investors, including former Sberbank executive Teymur Shternlib, Dmitry Vasilyev, and the Nextstep structure of the Reksoft group. Additionally, the stake held by Ayur-Capital decreased, while Kama Flow reduced its share to 17.62% following a capital increase.

Zdorovye.ru, which currently serves over 800,000 users, shifted its business model from international pharmaceutical projects to a B2C approach in January 2026. The company reported a threefold revenue increase in the first half of 2026 compared to 2025 and achieved positive EBITDA.

The company plans to use the new funding to scale its B2C model, develop AI technologies, and pursue potential acquisitions to build a digital health ecosystem. Founder Erik Brovko remains the CEO, and the platform continues to operate as a digital environment for health monitoring and patient support.
