Kaito AI has introduced a mandatory registration process for all ecosystem airdrops, effective October 15, 2026. Stakers must now manually opt in for each individual campaign before the specified deadline to remain eligible for rewards.

The platform implemented this change because approximately 50% of eligible stakers failed to claim their allocations in the previous year. Unclaimed rewards will now be redistributed among participants who meet the new registration and eligibility criteria.

Allocations are determined by three factors: the size of the stake, user loyalty, and specific eligibility requirements. Users must hold or stake sKAITO or YT-sKAITO, with a minimum threshold of 5,000 sKAITO for most drops. Yapybara NFT holders retain enhanced multipliers.

This update follows a series of adjustments to the reward structure. In August 2026, Kaito mandated that users maintain their stake for the entire duration of a campaign. Previously, the platform discontinued its Yaps system in January 2026.
